What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one shopper chat session, however many messages it takes. It counts toward your plan's allowance when it starts, and the allowance resets every month.
What happens when a plan reaches its conversation allowance?
The allowance is a hard cap. At the limit, the Vorena chat is hidden from the store until the allowance resets next month or the plan is upgraded. Chats already under way can finish. Nothing on Lite or Starter charges for extra conversations. If you need a higher allowance, upgrade to the next plan. Plan changes go through Shopify, and you keep your settings.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Lite and Starter each include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start, and you can cancel before the trial ends. When billing starts, it appears on the Shopify invoice.
When will Growth and Scale be available?
Growth at $249/mo and Scale at $499/mo are listed as Coming soon. They are not available to buy yet. Lite and Starter are the plans you can start today.
Is there an Enterprise plan?
