A zero-results page is what a store shows when a search returns no products.
The shopper typed a query. The search index returned an empty set. The page they land on is the zero-results page, even when the store dresses it up with a friendlier sentence than "no products found." Empty is the fact. The layout is the store's response to that fact.
An empty page usually means one of three things. The store does not sell that thing. The store sells it under a different word than the shopper used. Or the match exists and a filter, a typo, or a missing synonym hid it. Those three causes need different fixes. Adding products does nothing for a synonym problem. A synonym does nothing if the product is genuinely absent.
Common repairs live inside the search tool: synonyms, "did you mean," and a row of products the store would rather show than a blank grid. A conversation is a different repair. The shopper can describe the need without the word that failed. That only helps if the assistant is actually on the page, and if it draws from the same catalog the search just failed to match.
What to do about empty searches on Shopify is covered in How to reduce search abandonment on Shopify. When the shopper never had a keyword, the AI shopping assistant page is the closer description of the alternative.
What Vorena charges
Vorena uses flat monthly plans with a conversation allowance. It is not unlimited. Only Lite ($29 a month, 100 products and 50 conversations) and Starter ($99 a month, 250 products and 500 conversations) can be bought today. A conversation counts toward the allowance when it starts, and the allowance resets monthly. At the limit, the Vorena chat is hidden from the store until the allowance resets next month or the plan is upgraded. Chats already under way can finish. Nothing on Lite or Starter charges for extra conversations. Growth and Scale are coming soon. Plan changes go through Shopify. The pricing page lists both plans.
